Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and zbazz app ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zbazz app website located at https://zbazz-app.com and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and payment facilities available thereon.

2.1 Age Verification

Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification bearing your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. zbazz app will make reasonable efforts to notify you at your registered contact details before applying any dormancy fee. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be held securely and will be returned to you upon request following identity verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. zbazz app may request documentation before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Abuse & Misuse

5.3 Promotion Validity

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using zbazz app, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is fair, lawful, and respectful of other players and the integrity of the platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

6.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where zbazz app identifies or reasonably suspects a violation of these obligations, we reserve the right to: immediately suspend access to the account; withhold and investigate all pending withdrawals; permanently close the account and void all associated balances where fraud or collusion is confirmed; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate under Bangladesh law.

Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 Random Number Generators

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

7.4 Maximum Winnings

zbazz app reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per game session, per day, or per event. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout cap for a game or market will be capped at that amount regardless of the mathematical outcome of the bet. Account Suspension & Closure

Both you and zbazz app have the right to close a player account, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your zbazz app account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any real-money balance will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, provided that all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and no active bonus wagering obligations are outstanding. Accounts with outstanding pending bets cannot be closed until those bets are settled.

8.2 Closure by zbazz app

zbazz app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or use of prohibited software.
• Account inactivity in accordance with Section 3.4.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the player.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

8.3 Funds on Account Closure

Where an account is closed by zbazz app due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been implicated in fraudulent activity will be returned to the player following completion of any applicable investigation. zbazz app will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player whose account has been suspended or closed in accordance with these Terms.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from zbazz app for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through Account Settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods of a minimum of six months are available.
